Our mould manufacturing process, consists of an "air set" no-bake binder, through multiple continuous mixers, all logically transported on 330 feet of a 48"wide conveyor system. With 10 ton rollover, and total sand reclamation. Plus ample floor space for larger floor moulded castings. Finishing, involves, several Fox cut-offs and grinders, sand blasting or wheelabrator shot blast. Average mould making time 2 minutes. Casting weights currently average between a few pounds to over 1000 lbs, soon to be increased. Our Permanent mould line consists of 6 heavy duty die casting machines. Capable of handling dies in excess of 3000 lbs. ( 6' length x 5' high )
